What is a coaching session review?
An independent review of a recorded coaching session against the ICF Core Competencies, before you submit it for an ICF credential. You get feedback tied to timestamps and a recommendation on whether to submit, reviewed by an MCC in an expert review.
How is this different from mentor coaching?
Mentor coaching is an ongoing development relationship. A session review looks at the recording you plan to submit and tells you whether it is ready. Many coaches use both.
What do I receive?
A report covering each ICF competency, with timestamped evidence, development priorities and next steps. The AI Review includes a Submit / Not Yet / Do Not Submit verdict from the AI assessors only. Expert reviews include the verdict reviewed by Gary Malcolm, MCC, and the Submit Guarantee.
How much does a coaching session review cost?
Review My Submission is $49 for ACC (1 recording), $79 for PCC and $99 for MCC (2 recordings each). The AI Review is $19. Rank My Recordings is $99 to $149 by level. A Development Review is $39.
Who reviews my recording?
Five AI assessor perspectives produce the analysis. For expert reviews, Gary Malcolm, MCC, reviews every verdict before the report is released.
Is my recording confidential?
Yes. It is used only to produce your review and deleted when the review is complete. The transcript and report are kept under your order reference so the guarantee can be honoured. Nothing is shared or used for training without your written consent.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If our expert review says Submit and ICF fails that recording, your next review is free.
